In Bomber Boys, you will discover over 100 jacket designs, featuring premium photography of authentic, rarely seen WWII “bomber jackets.” Portraits of more than 20 veterans and their stories are highlighted. While many of these jackets are from nationally acclaimed museums, such as the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, and the 390th Memorial Museum, 37 privately owned family heirlooms are also featured. For many of the jackets, the airman’s combat history is highlighted, and stories long forgotten are shared.
