Exchange & Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom items including framed documents, original artwork, clearance items marked by prices ending in 7 cents, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

To return an item(s), please follow these steps:
Place item(s) in a shipping box.
Indicate customer name, order number, reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Please contact us to obtain the current return address. 
 
Original and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are typically processed within 48 business hours of receipt.

Because the National Archives Store is not responsible for returned merchandise which may become lost in-transit, please consider tracking and insuring your package.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the returned item(s) was a gift, the refund will be credited to the purchaser. We are unable to refund original or return shipping fees in the event of refused delivery.

In the case that the return is due to merchandise arriving damaged, or as a result of an error made by the National Archives Store, please contact us for authorization and instructions for returning a product at our expense. The item must be packaged for shipment and ready for pick up.
