• Honor one of America's most influential Founding Fathers with this gold-framed portrait of Benjamin Franklin. While Benjamin Franklin may be most famous for signing the Declaration of Independence, he was also a pioneering inventor, scientist, diplomat, and writer. This makes the perfect gift for any history buff, Benjamin Franklin fan, or science savant looking to add a touch of American heritage to their space.

The Founding Fathers were a group of prominent leaders who declared independence from Great Britain and successfully waged the Revolutionary War. These individuals, along with many others, contributed to the intellectual, political, and military foundations of the United States. They shaped the nation's identity, its governing documents, and its early institutions.

The National Archives preserves and protects a vast collection of records related to the Founding Fathers, including original documents, transcriptions, and related materials. Founders Online, a National Archives website, provides access to the papers of several of the most prominent Founders, including George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin. This platform allows researchers and the public to explore the writings and ideas of these individuals from their own correspondence as they shaped the early American government.
